Our Story
LA FORESTA was born from friendship, nostalgia and a deep love for the mountains. Founded in 2025 by the two mothers and close friends, Cleo Oettingen-Spielberg and Farina Maria Pavel, the brand draws inspiration from traditional Alpine clothing, reimagined through vintage pieces and a cosmopolitan perspective.
With a deep commitment to craftsmanship and storytelling, each piece is designed with intention. Made to accompany a life, to endure beyond seasons and to evoke a quiet sense of longing for places and times remembered. Their philosophy is to create pieces defined by quiet Alpine elegance, uncompromising quality and effortless modernity.

Every piece is thoughtfully designed and handmade in small, family-run ateliers across Europe, chosen for their dedication to true craftsmanship. La Foresta works with selected fabrics: from fine cottons, British soft merino wools and tartans to Italian velvets, valued for their quality and character.
Our collections follow the principles of slow fashion, produced in limited quantities with integrity and respect for time. Because we believe: you shouldn’t rush something you want to last forever.
