Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
All orders are shipped from Germany.

Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
For returns within Germany, we provide a return shipping label upon request. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund.
For returns within the European Union, customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Returns from outside the European Union are only accepted upon prior approval.

1. Where are your garments produced?
All La Foresta pieces are crafted in Europe in collaboration with selected ateliers and family-run manufacturers who share our commitment to precision and craftsmanship.
2. Where does your wool come from?
Our Jankers are crafted from fine Merino wool sourced in Scotland. We chose Scottish Merino for its exceptional softness, natural structure and enduring quality.
3. Why do you use Merino wool?
Merino wool is naturally breathable, temperature regulating and durable. It provides structure while remaining soft against the skin, making it ideal for refined alpine tailoring.
4. Is Merino wool sustainable?
Merino wool is a natural and renewable fibre. We select high-quality Scottish Merino for its longevity and durability, encouraging fewer but better purchases.
5. Do you follow a responsible production philosophy?
We focus on European manufacturing, limited production runs and long-lasting materials. Responsibility for us begins with intention and quality rather than volume.
6. What materials do you use besides wool?
We primarily work with natural materials such as wool and cotton. Each fabric is carefully chosen for its texture, structure and longevity.
